Yesterday I attended the Policy & Research Dialogue on Sustainable Growth Organized by Dewan Ekonomi Nasional (DEN), the International Growth Centre (IGC–LSE), and LPEM UI. The topics were about some key elements of sustainable growth which were carbon pricing, digitalisation of social protection, and industrial policy. I just completed a Beginner and Intermediate Level STATA courses on KelasRiset by Educativa.id
On the course, I learned about Correlation Analysis with STATA, Advanced Comparative Analysis with STATA, Comparative Analysis with STATA, Descriptive and Inferential Analysis with STATA, Basic Introduction to Using STATA, and STATA Apperception. It increased my competency in research tool which widely uses in Economics and Public Policy Field.

This afternoon I joined "Bincang Pangan Episode 4" organized by WikiPangan and it talked about "Climate Change, Agriculture, Food Security, and the Roles of Local Food Systems" where the speakers were Ibu Betha Lusiana from CIFOR-ICRAF Indonesia and Ibu Rinna Syawal from Badan Pangan Nasional (Bapanas).
This morning I joined a Joint Seminar entitled "Penguatan Rantai Nilai Agribisnis untuk Mewujudkan Sistem Pangan yang Berkelanjutan" organized by Departemen Agribisnis, Fakultas Ekonomi dan Manajemen IPB and Prodi Agribisnis, Departemen Sosial Ekonomi Pertanian, Fakultas Pertanian, Universitas Padjadjaran. This seminar concluded that value chain is the core of sustainable food systems and we should implement territorial approach, so the sustainable food systems will be achieved region by region with the local food hubs that should play their crucial roles. Today is National Plantation Day in Indonesia and I attended two online webinars that have important and significant roles to increase the value added and development of various plantation commodities in Indonesia, especially West Java. I want to share to you the materials of two online webinars which were held by Dinas Perkebunan Jawa Barat entitled "Perkebunan Dari Masa ke Masa: Merawat Warisan, Menjawab Tantangan, Meraih Kejayaan" and Kementerian Perencanaan Pembangunan Nasional (PPN)/Bappenas entitled "Peluncuran Peta Jalan Hilirisasi Rempah 2025-2045 (Pala, Lada, Cengkih, Kayu Manis, Vanili, dan Temulawak)". I want to share the "Peta Jalan Hilirisasi Kelapa 2025-2045" to complete the materials. These two webinars enlighted me that plantation commodities have crucial position in Indonesia's current economies and future as well, as we have a legacy for the World Spices Routes. Currently, I am on my reading on a famous book by Robert Kiyosaki @therealkiyosaki entitled "Rich Dad Poor Dad". I think I got such important messages and learning.
I
am impressed by the story and learning from the rich dad a.k.a. Mike's
Dad in Chapter 2 about a fact that the rich don't work for money but
money works for them. How the rich dad gave the lesson to 9-years-old
Robert with just paid him 10 cent per hour for working at Mike's Dad
Store, then Robert complained and protested about it, blamed Mike's Dad
for the little paycheck, which illustrate the same phenomenon of the
common adults who work for money and do complaining to their boss and
company for the low salary, but not to blaming themselves that cannot
make money works for them. Such a good example and illustration for the
fact in our lives.

history. We could give offering by WhatsApp or Email using
hyper-personalization based on the customer's purchasing data so it
would give a personal and more relatable offering for the customer if we
compare to what big entreprises did with mass and general offerings and
advertisements.
